Little Bollington Festival - 2019

This year’s festival theme was TV and Film.

Friday night was Film Night held at the Little Bollington school, showing Back to the Future. This was a popular event with a red carpet, popcorn, sweets and ice cream.

Saturday was a very damp, drizzly day. But that did not deter the revellers of the village to attend the film and TV themed festival at the triangle. There was music and dancing, competitions – including the annual decorated wheelbarrow race, drink and lots of food.

Our local PCSO, Emma Darroch, was in attendance with her van, entertaining the children by locking up one or two shifty looking adults!

Sunday was the rounders match played at the school followed by Songs of Praise at the church.
