Little Bollington Neighbourhood Plan

Little Bollington Neighbourhood forum, as the qualifying body, has prepared a Neighbourhood Plan for the period to 2030 (the Plan) for Little Bollington with the help of the local community.  The Plan sets out a vision for the future of the Parish and planning policies, which will be used to determine planning proposals locally. Little Bollington Neighbourhood Forum is now inviting comments on the proposals in this Pre-Submission version of the Plan, before it is submitted to Cheshire East Council for formal consideration and wider consultation.

The consultation opens for comment on Monday the 3^rd of October 2022. The deadline for comments to be received by Little Bollington Neighbourhood Forum is 5pm on Monday the 14^th of November 2022.  

Printed copies of the Plan (together with supporting documentation) can be viewed at the following locations:

• The Swan with Two Nicks, Park Lane, Little Bollington WA14 4TJ

How to make comments: 

1. You will need to complete a response form as detailed below. Please note your comments will not be taken into account unless your Postcode (if you are an individual) or Organisation Name, Postcode and Consultee Type (if you are not an individual), are included on the form.  Additional information is optional, but will greatly assist us in analysing responses to the consultation. 

2. Please make additional separate representations if you are responding in different capacities. For example, you are an individual, but you are also an organisation or body or business, or you may be any other consultee type.

Response forms can be obtained from:

Completed response forms should be sent:  

• Via the online form, or  
• Via the drop boxes located at the two venues listed above, or 
• By post to: The Chair of the Neighbourhood Forum, Hollybank Lymm Road, Little Bollington ,Cheshire,  WA14 4SY or 
• By email to: neighbourhood.plan@littlebollington.org

All comments will be made publicly available on the Little Bollington Parish Meeting website via the Neighbourhood Plan link after the consultation period and when the Submission version of the Plan is released to Cheshire East Council.  Comments submitted by individuals will be anonymised prior to publication.  Comments submitted by organisations will be identifiable by organisation name and organisation type.  All other personal information provided will be protected according to the Data Protection Act 2018 and will not be made available online or otherwise.
